OVA's first District Veteran Service Officer (DVSO) is available, Mon-Fri , 9am - 5pm, to assist DC veterans, their family, survivors and caregivers in applying for benefits from the US Dept of Veterans Affairs. Call 202-724-5454 for an appointment.
